Dies

For tube bending lines we design and build bending dies, mandrels, wipers, and supporting hardware as complete sets. In sheet and profile forming we also deliver form dies and punching dies tailored to your specifications.

Material selection, heat treatment, and surface finish are planned up front against expected tool life and process loads. First-off parts and line tryouts help validate geometry, springback behavior, and production repeatability.

We support new references for existing lines, engineering revisions, and spare tooling packages.
